1. GENERAL NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made on the VIBETALKS platform are final and non-refundable. By making any payment, wallet recharge, or in-app purchase, you acknowledge that:
- The Services are digital and instantly consumable.
- Service delivery begins immediately upon session initiation.
- You waive any right to cancellation once payment is processed.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds shall NOT be issued for:
- User dissatisfaction
- Network or internet issues
- Call disconnections
- Device incompatibility
- VOIP restrictions
- Accidental session start
- User misconduct
- Policy violations
- Account suspension
- Unused wallet balance
- Change of mind
All sales are final except as provided below.
3. LIMITED REFUND EXCEPTION (INTERNAL TECHNICAL ISSUE)
Refunds may be considered only in cases where a verified internal technical malfunction of the VIBETALKS system is proven through investigation. Such cases include:
- Wallet debited but session not initiated due to server-side failure
- Duplicate deduction caused by system error
- Platform malfunction preventing service delivery
Important Conditions:
- Refund is subject to internal audit and verification.
- Decision remains at the sole discretion of WELLNESSPATH CARE LLP.
- The Company may provide full or partial refund depending on findings.
- No refund shall be granted without technical validation.
4. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE
If approved:
- Refund will be credited only to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days.
- The Company is not responsible for additional delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
- Refunds will not be issued to alternative accounts or wallets.
5. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. If a chargeback is raised without valid grounds:
- Account may be immediately suspended.
- Access may be permanently blocked.
- Wallet balance may be forfeited.
- Legal recovery proceedings may be initiated.
- Usage logs and billing records will be submitted as evidence.
6. FINALITY OF DECISION
All refund decisions made by WELLNESSPATH CARE LLP after investigation shall be final and binding.
