VIBETALKS Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance. VIBETALKS ("Vibe Talk"), developed and operated by WELLNESSPATH CARE LLP, strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form. VIBETALKS is a strictly 18+ platform.

1. OUR COMMITMENT

WELLNESSPATH CARE LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of the VIBETALKS (“Vibe Talk”) application, maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”). We are fully committed to preventing, detecting, and removing any content or conduct that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms children anywhere on our platform.

These Child Safety Standards are published in accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law. They apply to every user, feature, and interaction on VIBETALKS.

2. STRICTLY 18+ — AGE RESTRICTION

VIBETALKS is an adult social and live-conversation platform. Access to and use of the application is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are expressly prohibited from registering for or using the service.

  • We require age confirmation (18+) at the time of registration.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from, or provide services to, anyone under 18.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE — PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following are strictly prohibited on VIBETALKS and will be acted upon immediately:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form — image, video, audio, text, or AI-generated / synthetic content.
  • Grooming, sexualization, or solicitation of minors.
  • Sextortion, trafficking, or any exploitation of a child.
  • Sharing, linking to, requesting, or promoting CSAE or CSAM.
  • Any content or behavior that endangers, abuses, or exploits a child.

Violations result in immediate account termination, content removal, preservation of evidence, and reporting to law enforcement.

4. PREVENTION & DETECTION

To keep children off and safe from our 18+ platform, we:

  • Enforce age-gating (18+) at sign-up.
  • Provide accessible in-app and email reporting tools for anyone to flag concerns.
  • Review reports of CSAE and child endangerment promptly.
  • Preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety authorities.

5. HOW TO REPORT A CONCERN

Anyone can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or child-safety concerns to us through any of the following channels:

We review every report and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account termination, and referral to authorities.

6. REMOVAL OF CSAM & OUR RESPONSE

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we will act expeditiously to:

  • Remove or disable access to the offending content.
  • Terminate the responsible account(s).
  • Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with law.
  • Report the matter to the appropriate authorities (see Section 7).

7. COMPLIANCE WITH CHILD SAFETY LAWS

We comply with applicable child safety laws, including India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We report confirmed CSAM to, and cooperate with, the relevant authorities, including:

  • India: National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal — cybercrime.gov.in
  • United States / International: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline — report.cybertip.org
